Appointments:

Your timely arrival for your appointment is greatly valued. In the event of late arrivals, we may need to either shorten your service or consider rescheduling. We thank you in advance for your punctuality and understanding.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Understanding that life can be unpredictable, we request that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. To ensure the best service for all our clients, repeated instances of no-shows or cancellations may require a pre-payment for future bookings.

Children and Guests:

We strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all our clients. We kindly request that children not receiving services and additional guests not accompany you if possible.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We want you to leave our salon feeling and looking your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to make it right.
