My hairdresser just moved to your salon. I have used her for about 15 years at her old salon. When I entered the salon the man behind the desk ignored me . After standing there for a few minutes a young lady offered to help me . If it were not for my hairdresser I would have walked out and never returned. Poor customer service.

Hi! John was my stylist. He is GREAT!!! He listened carefully, took the time to work on my style to get it just the way I requested, and was upbeat and patient the entire time. Also, I have sensitive skin and fine hair. Hi gentle careful touch made it possible for me to have beautiful clean hair and to be relaxed through the whole process! Really, I know it seems like I am overstating it - yet it truly was the best hair appointment ever!! Also, I live a far distance from Dallas in a small town with a declining number of shops. I will continue to make appointments with John each time I travel to Dallas. Soooo delighted!!!!

I really enjoyed my time at the Dallas location salon. I went in for a haircut. I had Gary as my stylist and I felt so taken care of. He was very sweet and confident which made me feel comfortable. I was also happy because I took a lot of length off my hair but the way he did it still suited my features. I felt like a new person after my haircut but I still felt like me! I was so excited to show my friends after I was done. I’m looking forward to coming back!

I have been a client of Marshall’s for 7 years and adore him. No complaints regarding people. I never complain but I am going to share a few thoughts. I hope you read them in the spirit that they are mentioned. -It is freezing in the salon, especially the back seating area. I find It really uncomfortable to be shivering and need a blanket. -Have you all considered adding some color or a new vibe in the seating area? It is kind of dark & a little gloomy. Something freeze and lighter. I realize Color gets on things so you have to be mindful of that. -Have you all considered a water dispenser? These are creature comforts and might not matter to anyone else. I will be a patron forever. I appreciate the no drama atmosphere and the expertise and kindness of Marshall. Excited your new color system has much less ammonia! I suffer From so many allergies. Anything to improve our exposure to toxic chemicals is welcomed! Thank you and have a nice evening. Toni

It was my first visit and I loved the experience from beginning to end! The receptionist was very friendly and escorted me to the dressing room area and explained their process. My hair stylist, Bailey, was the best I’ve had in many, many years. She listened to everything I said and had great ideas, making my cut and color turn out perfectly - better than even I had envisioned. I really appreciate her personality, in that she is friendly without constantly talking, so I was able to relax and enjoy, rather than having to be in constant need of responding. I also appreciated the culture and ambience in the salon. Each stylist focused on their respective customer, and they were not having side chats or yelling across the room. There is great energy, but in a calm and organized way. Tangerine will be my salon from now on!
